The XBoard allows riders of all skill levels to experience the exhilaration of surfing anywhere, anytime.  No waves needed.  The XBoard is powered by a 32 horsepower rotary engine developed by Rotary Engine Technologies Inc. one of the Encompass Holding Inc group of companies.  Aqua Xtremes Inc. designed and engineered the XBoard.  The XBoard was designed for racing and pleasure riding - on lakes, rivers, oceans and other waterways.  All development and testing has been completed.  Final engine endurance testing is being completed prior to sending the engine to a certified independent emissions testing laboratory for Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California Air Resources Board (CARB) certifications.
